Apprentices follow a paralegal training programme approved by the Scottish legal profession.
Apprentices are awarded a national paralegal qualification recognised by the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal scheme.

· Scotia will train your employee by distance learning in national standards for the paralegal workforce: client relations, ethics, compliance, case management, legal drafting etc; core skills; and the Scottish legal system.
· Your employee can also specialise in one of the following paralegal areas: Conveyancing; Wills & Executries; Civil Litigation; or Criminal Litigation.
· Apprentices will be able to work as a paralegal in the chosen paralegal specialism
· Staff of all age ranges and levels of experience have benefited from the Apprenticeship.
· The Apprenticeship is exclusively provided by Scotia and an entry qualification under the Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal scheme.
· Scotia has provided paralegal qualifications to hundreds of successful candidates since 2010 - its management has 32 years of expertise in paralegal training.
· On completion apprentices are awarded the Modern Apprenticeship in Paralegal Practice for a small commitment of distance learning per week.

· Employers can choose an affordable instalment option and the fee is reduced by a government contribution for each Apprentice.
